This exceptional day gathered distinguished guests in the walls of the SGH Library - His Magnificence the Rector of the SGH, Prof. Piotr Wachowiak, the President of the PZSzach AM, Radosław Jedynak, and representatives of the business world. In the gallery you will find photos from the grand opening ceremony, the first league round in history, in which 22 teams competed, the exciting blitz tournament and the spectacular simultaneous with grandmaster Zbigniew Pakleza. We especially recommend the frames immortalizing the first podium winners in the history of the league - the team of the Polish Army, Bank Millennium and Samsung Electronics Polska. These photographic memories perfectly reflect the atmosphere of the event, which initiated a new initiative connecting the academic, business and chess communities in a common passion for the royal game.
